At Plucky People we offer professional and personal coaching services in a relaxed environment away from your day to day activities.

Initially focused on executive coaching, we also offer a wide range of other business services such as early career coaching and retirement coaching. As well as this we can arrange bespoke coaching weekends either for companies or private groups at a magnificent Cotswolds country house hotel.

As well as professional coaching, personal coaching can be provided on the topic you choose. Personal coaching allows you the time and space to work with a professional coach who will remain non-judgemental, non-directive and objective. This is your time for you to look at any part of your life. For example, parent coaching is popular with those who want time out to focus, whether they work in the home or outside.

We offer a range of coaching sessions to suit your needs. Individuals set the level of potential they want to achieve. The suite of coaching tools we use are known as Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP. Trained by Britain's longest established nationally accredited NLP training organization your coach will assist you with both coaching models and NLP change processes to leave you in control to make the changes you choose.
