Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is described by the Association for Coaching as "similar to personal coaching, but specifically focused at senior management level where there is an expectation for the coach to feel as comfortable exploring business related topics, as personal development topics with the client in order to improve their personal performance".

Initially popular in the corporate setting, executive coaching can be 'undertaken in the context of someone's role in an organisation, or their work, whether self-commissioned or -funded, or commissioned and/or funded by the employer'.

In other words executive coaching is open to anyone at work, whether they work in an organisation or for themselves. What matters is their commitment to grow as an individual, to improve their own performance and to be motivated by being more content as a result.

Popular subjects covered include: starting a new business, moving to the next level, career transition, interpersonal and professional communication, performance management, organisational effectiveness, managing career and personal changes, developing executive presence, enhancing strategic thinking, dealing effectively with conflict, and building an effective team within an organisation.
I particularly love your open approach, enthusiasm and non-judgemental attitude. The relationship I have with my coach is friendly, supportive and very easy - it's based on respect, trust and sensitive challenge.
