Early Career Coaching

Investing either your time or your money in getting some coaching early in your career can pay dividends for decades, whatever decade you start your career in.

A coach can help you look at your goals, the realities, the opportunities and the drive you have to pursue your dreams. In the words of Theodore Roosevelt: "Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground".

You might want to pay for coaching privately in your own time; you might want to ask your employer to sponsor a number of sessions as part of your training budget and work these into your working week. Alternatively, you might want to suggest a compromise where you invest either your time or your money and your employer provides the other half of the commitment.

As an employer you might want to offer early career coaching as an option for all those in your high potential pool or you might simply want to provide this service as and when it makes sense to do so.

All Plucky People coaches have at least ten years' organisational experience and are qualified, experienced and skilled practitioners and, as with all coaching sessions, confidentiality is agreed at the outset and maintained throughout the coaching relationship.

Take a look at our testimonials and you will see that coaching might provide just the discussion you need to unlock your potential or optimise your performance and make a huge difference to your future progression.
I think physically seeing my NLP coach was paramount for me personally as I don't think it would have worked to have just read about it, or watched some videos.
